Chicken Avocado Wrap


1, grilled chicken breast

1 avocado

2 T, roasted red pepper hummus

large spinach tortilla

white cheddar cheese slices

small handful of baby kale


1. Lay a spinach tortilla on a flat surface, then lay cheese down in the middle of the tortilla, coat evely with red pepper hummus. 

2. Dress the baby kale in a small amount of olive oil, salt, and pepper or your favorite salad dressing. Lay dressed kale ontop of the hummus. 

3. Next add the chicken to the tortilla in the middle. 

4. Fold the bottom of the tortilla towards the top, and fold the left and right sides in towards the center, begin to roll away from you until you've formed a tight wrap. 

5. Slice in half and enjoy!
