Grilled Chicken Pita With Asian Slaw


2 grilled chicken breast

1 T, cilantro

1, juice of limes

1, red bell pepper thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1 tsp, soy sauce

1 tsp, sambal or hot sauce

2 pitas, cut in half

small handful of baby kale/hearty greens (optional)

1/4 cup greek yogurt 


1. Combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, soy sauce, sambal, and cilantro in a small bowl. 

2. Toss yogurt sauce with red peppers and carrots. 

3. Slice a pita in half, open, and then stuff with dressed veggies. 

4. Add baby greens, and grilled chicken to the pita, add more veggies if you desire. Enjoy!
