Stone ground mustard

Honey
1 teaspoon
Sriracha
2 tablespoons
Orange juice
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Springer Mountain Farms Fully Gluten-Free Fully Cooked Breaded Breast Strips, heated following package instructions, chopped into bite size pieces
1 head
Romaine lettuce, cleaned and chopped

Orange, segmented

Avocado, seeded and chopped

Onions, sliced green

Crushed pretzels or pretzel chips**
Spicy Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
- Whisk together all ingredients until a smooth consistency.
- Taste and adjust with additional salt and pepper if necessary.
- Heat breaded chicken strips according to package directions and cut into bite sized pieces.
- While chicken is heating, assemble the rest of the salad by placing chopped lettuce on a plate, adding orange segments, avocado pieces and chopped green onions.
- Top with cut up, heated chicken pieces, crushed pretzel pieces and drizzle with Spicy Honey Mustard dressing.
