The Springer Mountain Farms – New Year’s Chicken & Golf Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by Springer Mountain Farms, PO Box 558, Baldwin, GA 30511 (“Sponsor”). This competition is open to any residents in the continental United States, excluding residents of Alaska & Hawaii, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States. Employees of Springer Mountain Farms, subsidiaries or agents and their immediate families or domiciled persons are ineligible.
Entry Period: The “Contest” starts at 10:00:01AM EST on December 18, 2023 and eligible contestants may submit entries until 11:59:59PM EST December 31, 2023. Entries submitted after the Entry Period will be deemed ineligible to win. Winner will be announced after January 5, 2024.
Entry: Click the link on the Springer Mountain Farms Facebook post, Instagram post or Flock Newsletter link and complete the entry form located on the landing page for the Contest at SpringerMTN.com. Any entries not fully completed will be ineligible to win. Only ONE (1) entry allowed per person.
Prize: The sponsor will choose One (1) winner from all entries from the pool of all eligible, completed entries that meet all requirements. The winning entrants will receive a Sampler Cooler of Springer Mountain Farms Chicken shipped via Fed-Ex to their door along with a golfing glove signed by PGA Tour golfer, Richy Werenski along with other golf items (valued at $300 including shipping). The winner will be notified through via the email address provided on the entry and will have 24 hours to claim the prize. If no reply is received within 24 hours, another winner will be chosen. All decisions are final. The winner may be posted on the Springer Mountain Farms Facebook account page, other social sites, The Flock Newsletter and website. Pending confirmation of the winner’s response in a timely manner, Springer Mountain Farms will ship prizes to the winner within 6 weeks. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, for any reason. Sponsor is required by law to report prize values to taxing authorities; all taxes and any other incidental expenses on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
General Rules & Limitations: By entering, you grant to Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish and promote your name and likeness, in any and all media for any purpose, without further permission, notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). By participating in the Contest, you agree to release Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Contest, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of entries, the announcement of the prizes, in any Contest-related materials, or that may limit prize fulfillment or a participant’s ability to enter the Contest. Submission of entry also grants Sponsor permission to add entrant to The Flock Newsletter database if not already subscribed. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules and to disqualify permanently from the Contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules.
Release: This competition is void where prohibited and is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, PGA Tour or Richy Werenski. Neither Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, PGA Tour, nor Richy Werenski are associated with the contest. Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, PGA Tour and Richy Werenski are released from any responsibility to entrants or participation and your voluntary entry indicates agreement with the entirety of these rules.
