Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan Meatballs

1/2 cup
Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Egg
1 clove
Garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon
Dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Onion powder
1/2 cup
Grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Set air fryer to 350°F.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and use your hands to mix everything together well.
- Scoop mixture into meatballs (tablespoon sized scoop for a meatball meal or smaller if you want to make them into an appetizer or snack) and place them in the air fryer basket or tray about 1/2 inch apart.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes, remove basket and shake gently to turn meatball for better browning, or flip with tongs.
- Cook for another 5 minutes and start checking for an internal temperature of each meatball to reach 165°F for proper doneness.
- Great served over cooked spaghetti and tossing in marinara sauce!
