Springer Mountain Farms Chicken Wings

Vegetable oil
2 teaspoons
Herbs de Provence
1 teaspoon
Roasted garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Kosher salt
Wing Glaze
Chopped fresh herbs for garnish (parsley, basil, or rosemary)
- In a large bowl, combine wings, vegetable oil, garlic powder, herbs de Provence, and salt, and use tongs to toss and coat evenly.
- Preheat the Air Fryer at 400°F degrees for 2 minutes.
- Add wings in a single layer to the air fryer (they should NOT be touching), and cook for 10 minutes at 400°F degrees.
- After the timer goes off, open and carefully flip over the chicken wings, and cook for 8 more minutes, or until internal temperature of the wings reaches 165°F.
Wing Glaze
3 tablespoons
Butter
2 cloves
Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon
Herbs de Provence
1/4 cup
Mild honey such as clover or wildflower
- While the wings are cooking, make the glaze by melting butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat, adding minced garlic and herbs de Provence; cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds, and add honey stirring until smooth.
- Once wings are fully cooked, remove from the air-fryer and toss in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, top with the chopped fresh herbs and extra sauce for dipping.
