dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon
dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon
sea salt
1/2 teaspoon
dried basil
1 teaspoon
minced onion

panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons
olive oil

- Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined. (Nicole likes to wear gloves coated in olive oil to prevent sticking.)
- Shape into your desired size meatballs.
Options for Cooking & Storing for Meal Prepping
Option 1:
- Line a baking tray with the meatballs and cook immediately at 400°F for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Allow to cool completely, then place in a freezer friendly bag so that they are ready to go when you are short on time.
- To reheat, bake on 400°F for 15 minutes when you are ready to use.
Option 2:
- Line a baking tray with meatballs and place in freezer for 1 hour.
- Remove from freezer and place into a freezer friendly bag and freeze until you are ready to cook.
- Bake on 400°F for 27-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
