Greek Lemon Chicken

                                    dried Italian seasoning

                        - Make the marinade by whisking together all ingredients except for the chicken until fully combined.
 - Toss the chicken pieces in marinade to fully coat and allow to sit for at least 15 minutes (or in the refrigerator overnight until ready to cook).
 - When ready to cook, preheat oven to 425°F.
 - Line baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
 - Arrange chicken on baking sheet in a single layer.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
