1 tablespoon
paprika
1 tablespoon
onion powder
1 tablespoon
garlic powder
bacon

fresh dill
avocado slices
thick sliced bread (your choice)

  1. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder while preheating the grill to a medium high heat.
  2. Grill chicken over indirect heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F  (approx
  3. Use a cast iron pan placed over the direct heat portion of your grill to cook the bacon until crispy.
  4. Toast bread on grill to start building the sandwich.
  5. Spread ranch on the bottom piece, then add 1 grilled chicken thigh on top of ranch.
  6. Top the chicken with tomato and avocado slices along with your desired amount of fresh dill.
  7. Add crispy bacon and drizzle with olive oil if desired.
  8. Finally, spread additional ranch on the top piece of bread to complete the sandwich.
