Make hot honey chicken sliders with bacon, pickles and ranch using Springer Mountain Farms fully cooked gluten free breaded chicken strip fritters for an easy crowd-pleaser.

Chicken Sliders

slider sized rolls, cut in half if needed
ranch dressing

butter, melted
3/4 tablespoons
parsley
8 pieces
bacon, cooked and cut in half
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Place the chicken strips into the air fryer basket and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cook time.
  3. While the chicken is heating, line a 9" x 13" baking dish with the 8 slider sized rolls.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and parsley.
  5. Brush lightly on the tops of the rolls and place the baking tray in the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Set aside until ready to assemble the sandwiches.
  7. Make the hot honey sauce.
  8. Once the strips reach an internal temperature of 165°F, remove from the air fryer and toss in the hot honey sauce.
  9. Assemble the sliders by removing the tops of the rolls and spreading a teaspoon of the ranch dressing on the bottom of each roll.
  10. Add the hot honey coated strip, 2 halves of crispy bacon and pickles, if desired.
  11. Place the top piece of the roll back on slider before serving.

Hot Honey Sauce

  1. To make the hot honey sauce, add honey, hot sauce, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder and salt into a small sauce pan.
  2. Stir all ingredients together and heat on medium-low and simmer for a few minutes to heat the sauce through.
