Pimento Chicken Patties

1 lb
1 tablespoon
dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon
smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon
cayenne pepper

garlic cloves, peeled & minced
1 cup
pimento cheese
1 tablespoon
salted butter
  1. Gently mix the ground chicken, dijon, paprika, cayenne, garlic, and pimento cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Divide mixture and form into four patties.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the patties for about 4 - 5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature has reached 165°F.

Burger Assembly

brioche buns, toasting optional
8 slices
cooked bacon
dill pickle chips, as needed
2 cups
green leaf lettuce, shredded

green onions, sliced thin
spicy ranch dressing, as needed
  1. While the burger patties rest for a few minutes, toast the buns if you’d like.
  2. Then assemble with bacon, pickles, lettuce, green onions, and drizzle with desired amount of spicy ranch.
