Official Contest Rules:
The May 5, 2025 Flock Newsletter SMF Grill Master Starter Kit Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by Springer Mountain Farms, 555 Broiler Blvd. Baldwin, GA 30511 (“Sponsor”). This competition is open to any residents in the continental United States, excluding residents of Alaska & Hawaii, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States. Employees of Springer Mountain Farms, subsidiaries or agents and their immediate families or domiciled persons are ineligible.
Entry Period: The Contest starts at 10:00:01AM EST on Monday, May 5, 2025 and eligible contestants may submit entries until 11:59:59 PM EST on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Entries submitted after the Entry Period will be deemed ineligible to win.
Entry: To enter the Contest, complete the official entry form on Google Forms, provide all necessary contact information requested and submit entry. Incomplete entries will be discarded. One entry per person. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to choosing the winner.
Prize: The Sponsor will randomly choose one (1) winner from the pool of entries meeting the specified requirements who will receive a cooler of Springer Mountain Farms chicken and branded merchandise shipped via Fed-Ex to their door (prize valued at $300.00 including shipping). The winner will be notified via email and will have 24 hours to claim prize. If no reply is received within 24 hours, another winner will be chosen. All decisions are final. The winner will be posted on Springer Mountain Farms social accounts, website and The Flock Newsletter issued 6/16/25. Prizes will be awarded within sixty (60) days after winner verification. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, for any reason. Sponsor is required by law to report prize values to taxing authorities; all taxes and any other incidental expenses on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
General Rules & Limitations: By entering, you grant to Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish and promote your name and likeness, in any and all media for any purpose, without further permission, notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). By participating in the Contest, you agree to release Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Contest, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of entries, the announcement of the prizes, in any Contest-related materials, or that may limit prize fulfillment or a participant’s ability to enter the Contest. Submission of entry also grants Sponsor permission to add entrant to The Flock Newsletter database if not already subscribed. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules and to disqualify permanently from the Contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules.
Release: This competition is void where prohibited and is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook or Instagram, nor are Facebook or Instagram associated with the contest. Facebook and Instagram are released from any responsibility to entrants or participation and your voluntary entry indicates agreement with the entirety of these rules.
