What is the best way to cook a split breast?

Because the skin and fat are still attached to this cut, it's easier to keep these breasts juicy and flavorful, so there are numerous ways to cook split breasts. They are great for grilling, baking, braising, roasting/baking. Pan frying is possible, but depending on the thickness of the meat, they may become overcooked on the outside before the inside is finished. Consider pan frying to brown the outside and then finishing them in the oven for a more even cooking.

A split breast is half of the whole breast from the chicken that has been split down the middle. The skin, bone and tenderloin are still attached.
