Air Fryer Meal Prep Chicken Breasts

Prepare these chicken breasts ahead of the week and then use them to top a salad, make fajitas, add to rice or pasta or just serve with a side of steamed veggies for a quick and easy meal.

1 - 1 1/2 lbs
1 tablespoon
olive oil
3/4 teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon
onion powder
1 3/4 teaspoon
Italian seasoning
3/4 teaspoon
salt
1 1/4 teaspoon
paprika
  1. Place chicken breast into a large bowl.
  2. Combine all dry seasonings into a small bowl and mix well.
  3. Coat/toss chicken with the olive oil & the dry seasoning mix making sure each chicken piece is evenly coated.
  4. Lightly grease the bottom of the air fryer with olive oil.
  5. Place the chicken breast into the air fryer basket, making sure to leave a small amount of space in between each breast.
  6. Air fry on 380° for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken and air fry for another 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature of each piece of chicken reaches 165°F.
  8. If you’re not at this temperature yet, air fry for three minutes at a time until you reach 165°; remove the pieces as they reach that temperature, & continue cooking the ones that are not quite done until they reach the correct temperature.
