Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread

Using a pre-made flatbread helps produce a delicious snack, lunch or dinner with just a few ingredients of chicken, bacon, spinach and some veggies .

Chicken Flatbread

3 tablespoons
olive oil

salt & black pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
1 package
pre-made flatbread
1/4 cup
roasted red pepper strips
1 cup
bacon, cooked and chopped
1/4
onion, chopped
1 cup
fresh spinach, chopped
2-3 cups
shredded Italian cheese blend
1 tablespoon
Italian seasoning
prepared ranch dressing
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Cook chicken until fully done approximately 15 mins or until 165°F. Let cool at little bit before you cut into strips or chunks.
  4. Drizzle flatbread lightly with additional olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle on a thin layer of cheese.
  6. Top with chicken, peppers, bacon, spinach and then more cheese.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over top layer of cheese on flatbread.
  8. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  9. Bake assembled flatbread for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and begins to brown.
  10. Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch and cut into triangles to serve.
