Chicken Fajitas

1/2 cup
Red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup
Green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup
Yellow bell pepper, sliced
3/4 cup
Onion, sliced
1/2 teaspoon
Cumin, ground
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Red pepper, ground
1/4 teaspoon
Red pepper flakes

Flour tortillas
Sour cream and cilantro for garnish
Four cheese Mexican blend, shredded
  1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Remove chicken into a bowl and reserve for later.
  4. Then add onions, bell peppers, and seasoning.
  5. Mix well and cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add chicken back in and warm up for 30 seconds.
  7. Serve on top of a tortilla with cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
  8. Enjoy!

4 cloves
Garlic, minced
Marinade
  1. In a bowl, add lime juice, garlic, and chicken. Cover with saran wrap and place in fridge for 20- 30 minutes.
