Crispy Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites

A fast and easy appetizer perfect for tailgating or entertaining with layers of crunchy chicken, ham, melted Swiss cheese, and a drizzle of garlic-Dijon sauce.

Chicken Bites

4 slices
deli honey ham, cut into squares
4 slices
Swiss cheese, cut into squares
Garlic-Dijon sauce
Italian parsley, for garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the chicken chunks on a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. While chicken chunks are baking, whisk all ingredients for the garlic-Dijon sauce and set aside in the refrigerator.
  4. Remove chicken chunks from the oven and top each one with a few slices of ham and Swiss cheese.
  5. Place back in oven for 5-7 more minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  6. Remove the bites from the oven and set on a serving platter.
  7. Drizzle with garlic-Dijon sauce and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  8. Place a toothpick in each bite and serve immediately.
