Marry Me Chicken Dip

blocks of cream cheese (16 oz)
2-3
garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon
Italian seasoning
1/3 cup
sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2 cups
1 cup
sour cream
3/4 cup
parmesan cheese
7 oz
gouda cheese
salt & pepper, to taste
1 handful
fresh basil, chopped
  1. In a bowl, add cream cheese, garlic, and Italian seasoning and stir to combine.
  2. Add sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, sour cream, parmesan, gouda, salt & pepper.
  3. Stir to combine and place in a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Broil to finish for about 2 minutes to brown the top.
  6. Top with chopped basil and serve with tortilla chips.
