One Pan Chicken Bake
12 oz
orzo pasta (Gluten Free orzo can be used here)
8 oz
1 pint
cherry tomatoes
1 1/2 cup
spinach
8 - 10 oz
spinach artichoke dip, room temperature
1 tablespoon
Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
3 cups
chicken broth
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1/4 cup
parmesan cheese, optional
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Add orzo, cooked chicken, tomatoes and spinach in a 9x13" casserole dish.
- Add the spinach artichoke dip on top of the other ingredients in the dish.
- Sprinkle the dry seasonings over the ingredients in the dish.
- Pour the broth in the dish and drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (if using), and place the casserole dish in the oven.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
- Remove from oven, mix all items together in the dish and serve.
