One Pan Chicken Bake

12 oz
orzo pasta (Gluten Free orzo can be used here)
8 oz
1 pint
cherry tomatoes
1 1/2 cup
spinach
8 - 10 oz
spinach artichoke dip, room temperature
1 tablespoon
Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
3 cups
chicken broth
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1/4 cup
parmesan cheese, optional
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Add orzo, cooked chicken, tomatoes and spinach in a 9x13" casserole dish.
  3. Add the spinach artichoke dip on top of the other ingredients in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle the dry seasonings over the ingredients in the dish.
  5. Pour the broth in the dish and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (if using), and place the casserole dish in the oven.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
  8. Remove from oven, mix all items together in the dish and serve.
