Sweet Glazed Chicken

Springer Mountain Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
2 tablespoons
Avocado oil
2 teaspoons
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Fish sauce
1 tablespoon
Minced garlic
2 tablespoons
Maple syrup
1/4 cup
Coconut aminos
3 tablespoons
Rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon
Sea salt, to taste
1/8 teaspoon
Black pepper
Green onion, sliced, for garnish
  1. Line chicken in baking dish.
  2. Combine all marinade ingredients into a small bowl and pour over chicken.
  3. Let marinate for 30 minutes up to 4 hours.
  4. Bake uncovered on 425 for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches a temperature of 165 degrees.
  5. Place chicken on plate and pour remaining sauce over chicken to allow glaze to form.
