Sweet Soy Sauce Omelette

Egg mixture

Eggs
2 tablespoons
Sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon
Soy sauce
Cilantro for garnish
  1. Make egg mixture then add ginger and garlic into it

  2. Heat oil to medium to high heat and cook chicken until temperature reaches 165F

  3. Add egg mixture in and coat the entire pan

  4. Cook until the bottom has hardened. Push the edge of the mixture toward the center and tilt the pan so that the remaining egg mixture will get cooked

  5. Repeat until egg is cooked through

  6. Add beansprouts, chives, red bell pepper and chicken on top

  7. Fold the omelet in half

  8. Enjoy!
