Red Clay Cider Day Fall Fest

Red Clay Ciderworks is celebrating the fall season with live music, cider sampling, apple pressing demos, fun for the kids, and more. Sample ciders from 10 local cideries and purchase the equipment you need to make cider at home. Advance ticket sales include six drink tickets (each good for a 4 oz. pour) and a fun souvenir tasting glass.

Chef Calvin Wright and mixologist Yashira Mejia are teaming up to prepare an epic brunch this Sunday. On the menu, you’ll find fried chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, coconut curry collards, and mac and cheese, plus champagne and mulled wine. Bring the kids because they eat free with the purchase of an adult ticket.

Celebrating the Community with The Goodyear House

The city is pumped for Chef Chris Coleman’s new restaurant, The Goodyear House. Lucky ticket holders will experience a pop-up at Community Matters Café, and proceeds will benefit the café. Expect passed appetizers and a family-style menu.
