Springer Mountain Farms Simply Superior Chicken™ is a favorite of home cooks, but is also a key ingredient for the winning success of a lot of the nation’s top professional barbecue teams. The Kansas City Barbecue Society’s Master Series and Backyard Series Chicken Teams of the Year for 2023 used Springer Mountain Farms chicken for their competition cooking, as well as many other KCBS teams and top teams in other national BBQ associations.
We are excited to announce the 2024 Springer Mountain Farms Chicken Cue Crew. These teams will be our ambassadors on the BBQ competition trail for the next year. We would like to congratulate the following teams and wish them the best of luck for the 2024 BBQ season.
