                                    Sambal or hot sauce

                                    Greek yogurt                                
                                                                
                                    Small handful of baby kale/hearty greens (optional)                                
                                
                        - Combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, soy sauce, sambal, and cilantro in a small bowl.
- Toss yogurt sauce with red peppers and carrots.
- Slice a pita in half, open, and then stuff with dressed veggies.
- Add baby greens, and grilled chicken to the pita, add more veggies if you desire. Enjoy!
