Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

2 lbs

1 cup
crackers, crushed or bread crumbs
2 tablespoons
Heath Riles BBQ Chicken Rub
1 1/2 teaspoon
Heath Riles BBQ Buffalo Seasoning
  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix well and form into your desired sized meatballs.
  3. Either grill or bake them at 350°F basting with melted butter occasionally.
  4. Cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. (Depending on the size, it could take approximately 20-35 minutes or longer.)

Parmesan Garlic Aioli

1 cup
mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
minced garlic
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
pinch of
salt and pepper
Heath Riles BBQ Parmesan Garlic Seasoning (a few shakes)
  1. Mix all together until fully incorporated.
  2. Refrigerate until needed. (Make ahead for best flavor.)
