Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

crackers, crushed or bread crumbs
2 tablespoons
Heath Riles BBQ Chicken Rub
1 1/2 teaspoon
Heath Riles BBQ Buffalo Seasoning
- Add all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well and form into your desired sized meatballs.
- Either grill or bake them at 350°F basting with melted butter occasionally.
- Cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. (Depending on the size, it could take approximately 20-35 minutes or longer.)
Parmesan Garlic Aioli
1 cup
mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
minced garlic
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
pinch of
salt and pepper
Heath Riles BBQ Parmesan Garlic Seasoning (a few shakes)
- Mix all together until fully incorporated.
- Refrigerate until needed. (Make ahead for best flavor.)
