Zesty Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 lb
1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil
8 oz
Cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup
Buffalo wing sauce or hot sauce of choice
1/2 cup
Ranch or blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup
Blue cheese crumbles*
1/4 cup
Chives, chopped
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Ground pepper
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, & cook ground chicken until no longer pink, breaking up as you go (about 6 minutes).
  2. Add black pepper and garlic powder, and stir to combine.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together cooked chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, & chopped chives (save some chives for garnish).
  5. Spoon mixture evenly into a medium-size baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Stir, & garnish with chopped chives.
  8. Serve with chips, and carrot and celery sticks.
