Chicken Chip Bites
1 1/2 lbs
2 cups
Low-fat buttermilk
3 cloves
Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon
Oregano, dried
1/2 teaspoon
Thyme, dried
1/4 teaspoon
Red chili flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 cups
Sour cream and onion potato chips, crushed
1/4 cup
Unsalted butter, melted
2 cups
Fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Add sugar, plain yogurt (to buttermilk for dredging)
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine garlic, sugar, yogurt, chicken, buttermilk, salt, pepper, red chili flakes, thyme, and oregano in a bowl. Dredge all chicken in chips and place onto pan.
- Bake until crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
