Nicole's secret with her chili lime tenders is that she preps these on the weekend and uses them for lunch prep all week. With just an 8 minute cook time, they are great for a quick, healthy weeknight meal too!

Chili Lime Chicken Tenders

1/2 tablespoon
Chili powder
1/4 tablespoon
Ancho chili powder
1/2 teaspoon
Cumin
1/2 teaspoon
Oregano
3/4 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Garlic
1/2 teaspoon
Cilantro
1 lb
2 tablespoons
Avocado oil
1 tablespoon
Lime juice
  1. Combine all dry ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Coat chicken tenders with avocado oil, then lime juice.
  3. Generously pour seasoning over chicken tenders and toss well.
  4. Place in air fryer and cook on 400°F for 4 minutes.
  5. Flip chicken tenders and cook for another 4 minutes.
  6. Internal temperature should be 165° when done.
