2
Springer Mountain Farms-Ready to Cook-Frozen Chicken Breast Patties*
Greek salad dressing
2 pieces
Pita bread
1
Green pepper, seeded & thinly sliced in rings
1
Red onion, peeled and thinly sliced in rings
Cucumber, thinly sliced
Kalamata olives, pitted & halved
Feta cheese, crumbled
Tzatziki sauce (commercially prepared or homemade)
Lettuce leaves
  1. Heat indoor electric grill to 350°F and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cook chicken breast patties following grill method on packaging until patties reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Brush with Greek salad dressing and cook for an additional minute; set aside and keep warm until ready to assemble burgers.
  4. In a non-stick pan, warm pita bread in pan over medium-high heat to make it more pliable. [If Pita is large enough to wrap around the burger, use one per burger. If not, use 2 to make your "bun" or cut a pocket in the pita round and stuff burger and toppings in pocket.]
  5. To assemble burger, spread tzatziki sauce on pita, top with lettuce and burger patty, and then layer on pepper, onion and cucumber slices, and halved olives.
  6. Crumble feta cheese over veggies and serve with additional tzatziki sauce if desired.
