Alabama Fire Crackers

2 sleeves
Saltine crackers
1 packet
Ranch dressing seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons
Chili flake
1 teaspoon
Cracked black pepper
1/2 cup
Vegetable oil

Crackers

  1. Combine ranch seasoning with chili flake, black pepper, and vegetable oil in a large 1 gallon Ziploc bag.
  2. Seal bag and massage bag to combine all the spices.
  3. Open the bag and pour crackers into bag, seal, and shake bag vigorously until evenly coated.
  4. Store overnight in bag for more flavor development, but if you are in a rush and need these crackers for the tailgate go ahead and bake them on a sheet pan in an even layer for 10-12 minutes at 350°F.
  5. Baking is not necessary, but it helps to seal in the flavors and make the crackers a bit more crispy.

Springer Mountain Farms Fully Cooked Grilled Breasts, shredded
1 8 oz package
Cream cheese
8 oz
Triple cheddar cheese
White BBQ Sauce
Pinch of salt
White BBQ Chicken Dip
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and BBQ sauce together with shredded chicken.
  3. Add chicken mixture to a cast iron pan and bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
  4. Serve with Alabama Fire Crackers.
