Loaded BBQ Chicken Waffle Fries

This recipe can easily be switched from BBQ flavors to Buffalo flavors by replacing the BBQ sauce with Buffalo sauce! All the other ingredients go great with either flavor combo!

Loaded BBQ Chicken Waffle Fries

1 bag
Seasoned waffle fries heated according to package directions
1 bag
Springer Mountain Farms Fresh Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips (either the grilled or oven roasted flavors work well)
1/2 cup
Cheddar jack cheese, shredded
1/2 lb
Bacon, cooked & chopped into pieces
1/4 cup
Barbecue sauce
1/4 cup
Ranch dressing
1/4 cup
Sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
2
Green onions, sliced
  1. Cook waffle fries according to package directions.
  2. Place heated waffle fries into a cast iron skillet or on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Toss chicken in BBQ sauce and place evenly over waffle fries.
  4. Top with shredded cheese, & place in oven to cook for about 15 minutes or until chicken is heated through & cheese is melted.
  5. After removing from oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, place a dollop of sour cream in the middle of loaded fries, & sprinkle with bacon pieces & green onion slices to garnish.
  6. Serve with additional BBQ sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. (Or mix in a little BBQ sauce to the ranch dressing for a BBQ ranch dip!)
