Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Wings with Zesty Alabama White Dipping Sauce

1 cup
Mayonnaise
1/4 cup
Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
2 teaspoons
Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Onion powder
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1.5 lbs
Springer Mountain Farms Chicken Wings
2 tablespoons
Smoked paprika
3 tablespoons
Light brown sugar
1 tablespoon
Chili powder
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Kosher salt
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper
Alabama White Sauce, for dipping
  1. Whisk Ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. Combine paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a small bowl.
  4. Liberally season wings on all sides/
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  6. Place wings in fryer basket or tray in a single layer (leaving space in between for air to circulate).
  7. Cook wings for 20-25 minutes (or until the internal temperature of each wing reaches 165°F with an instant read thermometer), turning twice during the cooking process.
  8. Serve with Alabama White Dipping Sauce or your favorite wing sauce.
